Kaizen Gaming-owned Stoiximan has formed an agreement to become the major sponsor of Greece’s Super League Championship.
The partnership, which rebrands the tournament to the Stoiximan Super League until the 2024-2025 season, also creates joint initiatives for fan experiences as well as the ‘connection of sports with social contribution’.
Deputy President of the Board of Directors of the Super League, Katia Koxenoglou, said: “We welcome Stoiximan to the football family of the Super League, a strategic partner of ours on many levels.
The deal will include signage at the stadiums, television and online exposure, as well as the planning of actions ‘aimed at the common good’.
The body also explained how it wants to make the best use of the ‘enormous potential’ of the most popular sport in its country. The league was originally formed on 16 July 2006 and replaced Alpha Ethniki at the top of the Greek football league system.
“Following actions by Super League Management and personally by the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Vangelis Marinakis, but also thanks to the unanimous decision of all the teams, Stoiximan is now the Major Sponsor of the Super League,” Koxenoglou added.
In 2020, the
This was a three-year agreement, which saw the competition rebranded as the ‘Super League Interwetten’ with the betting company being integrated into the official league logo.
This month,
The engine is now rolled out across Kaizen’s Betano and Stoiximan brands, and aimed to draw upon theoretical value modelling and behavioural analysis to help operators understand player risk and value.
